GE Gas Turbine Power Generation
One such New Gas Turbine option is the GE’s TM 2500. This consists of four modular trailer units that are utilised for easy deployment. The overall power that is produced from these units is approximately 22.8 MW and these can be operate on both Natural Gas and liquid fuels. These four trailers are arranged in a T-shaped formation with the generator trailer, inlet filter trailer, exhaust trailer and the auxiliary trailer. Furthermore, the TM 2500 can be utilised in 60 HZ and 50 HZ cycles.
Mobile Gas Turbine Options
Not only are there stationary applications, but New Gas Turbine solutions are also available in mobile options. New Gas Turbines are modular systems that are consisted of the following: the main trailer, the air filter trailer, the exhaust silencer trailer, and the auxiliary trailer. Within the main trailer there is found to be contained a turbine engine, switchgear, and an air-cooled generator which connected through an engine-generator coupling. New Gas Turbine engines are equipped in order to operate on both natural gas or liquid fuel. Supplied with the trailer, there is a mounted set with three support trailers which contain the air filtration and exhaust equipment, fuel systems, lubricating systems, fire protection equipment, water wash, water injection, and fogging systems. All interconnections between individual trailers are included.
